This is what UNemplyment and UNDERemployment looks like...

• everbody is driving to work....but not you
• you are so far away from other people
• The Office is out of reach
• You see a business but it's all a blur
• you feel like you are all alone
• you feel imprisoned behind a fence or bars
• everybody elso just keeps on going with their lives
• it's like an out of body of experience
• it seems like everybody and everything is passing you by.

So you know someone who is underemployed or unemployed?  Take 60 seconds and pray for them. It can be a very silent imprisonment.



Prayer Walking: the long and winding road

Today I went for a walk. I am trying to do more of that these days before it snows. I started to pray by telling my God how wonderful He is and stating His attributes. The Lord said to me, "tell me who I am to you."  I did so with great enjoyment. I started thanking Him and reminding me of things that He has done for me in the past. He next said "tell me about your future".  GUNK!  I gave a deep swallow and said "well okay...."  Right now my future seems so unsure and shaky. As I was walking down my street shown above and through the subdivision, I did the best I could. It felt good to dream a bit. I looked at my cell phone and realized I had to shower and get ready to go to work so I headed back to the house. as I was walking I felt like my life is a long and winding road.....

Freeform Beaded Elements....

ONE

I love to bead weave. My specialty is freeform bead weaving because I can design as I go and I do not follow anyone elses directions and mandates. Every thing I bead is one of a kind. I love that about my bead work.

Below you will see different small pieces that I beaded. Alone they are not very significant but when you join them together to creat a composition you see the congruency.

I will show you in the next blog entry some of the compilations and schematics of taking various elements and coming up with a variety of designs.



I shall not want.....

I shall not want for any good thing. My Lord is my shepherd. He leads me and guides me. He wants me to succeed even more than I desire it. Sometimes it is so hard to put one foot in front of the other.  Some times it is a very silent struggle that I go through because sharing my thoughts and struggles with others is not worth the time or effort. One thing I know for sure is that whenever I am not feeling 100% or when I am not on top of the game, I can always go to the Lord and know that he cares. I never have to feel ashamed to tell him what is on my heart. I never have to feel sorrowful that I have not achieved the things that I had desired. Sometimes events in your life can slow you down from reaching your goals.  Know this. Jesus is always there to uplift you and cheer you on. whatever you need, he wants to guide your steps and help you to succeed.
